Leon Kozminsky Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management is the best business school in Central and Eastern Europe. The University received a number of national and international accreditations, as well as a leading position in global educational ratings, which indicates the high quality of the University's curriculum and services.
The Academy is the owner of the so-called “Triple Crown” in Accreditation: EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB. Today, less than 70 (1%) business schools in the world have these three accreditations at the same time. In 2011, Kozminsky University was included in this prestigious group. According to the classification of prestigious ratings of 2016 published in the Financial Times, the Academy takes: European Business Schools - forty-fifth place, Master in Management - forty-second place, Master in Finance -18th place, EMBA -72nd place in the world . The recognition of the Leon Kozminski Academy by the Association of Asian-Pacific Business Schools (AAPBS) marks another important step in higher education in Poland, together with the fast-growing Asian educational market. Joining AAPBS helps facilitate collaboration with Asian partners. This includes: research, exchange of students and teachers, summer schools, joint programs, etc. The university is committed to providing quality and comprehensive education to its students. Since 2009, Kozminski University has been included in the list of the most prestigious universities, published by the Financial Times, as the best private university in Poland. In addition, for the past 17 years in a row, it has won first place among private universities in educational ratings published by the Polish information portals Perspektywa, Rzeczpospolita and WPROST. Kozminsky University also received an award from the National Accreditation Committee for the professionalism of teaching such subjects as Management Administration and Law.
The Leon Kozminsky Academy provides the opportunity to study in four different countries (Great Britain, France, Germany, Portugal), at four prestigious universities within the framework of one International Management program, and to receive two diplomas at the same time.
Students of the Leon Kozminsky Academy receive not only high-quality theoretical knowledge, but also practical knowledge that meets the needs of the labor market. They also have the opportunity to learn Polish at a high level. Training programs are created on the basis of cooperation with representatives of well-known international companies. University teachers are well-known specialists with practical experience in the field of business, consulting and management. The practices offered by the University are held in both Polish and international companies. Students have the opportunity to attend exchange training (both within the framework of the Erasmus program and on the basis of bilateral agreements) in more than 200 partner universities of the Academy. The modern university library has everything you need for study. A computerized catalog helps you find the right materials in seconds. Kozminsky University has access to various databases that students can use to search for articles and materials on topics of interest, directly from the University or at home. The library also has computer rooms for individual and group work.
Sport is an important part of students' lives. Kozminsky University students successfully participate in numerous sports competitions. The Academic Sports Association offers students everything they need for full physical development, organizes various sports events and camps. The university has several sports complexes, which include: one playing field and two gyms. In addition, the University rents a swimming pool, sauna, basketball and volleyball courts. At the University you can professionally engage in sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, tennis, table tennis, aikido, judo, sailing, aerobics, skiing, golf and diving.
All students have access to 7 computer labs with 235 PCs, which are updated every four years. Students also have access to various computer programs such as: Symfonia (accounting programs), Lex Polonica (regulations), Statistica 6, Market Place, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Acrobat, Corel Draw and various antivirus programs. In addition, students and teachers can accept Microsoft applications for installation on their computers.
On campus there are 4 cafeterias where you can eat or just have a quick snack. There is also a bookstore, 2 copy offices, 5 coffee machines, an ATM, mail for sending letters or paying bills in the academy building. The parking is designed for 400 places for students and 70 additional places for teachers and staff. Opposite the University there is a tram stop, the journey to the center of Warsaw takes only 15-20 minutes.
Leon Kozminsky Academy is a short distance from all European capitals. Warsaw is the city where the main offices of major international corporations are located, and this makes it a promising place to start a successful career.
